THE STORY
The problem? Almost all their bookings were coming through Booking.com, even the guests who would have booked direct if they had the option. There was no direct booking website, and no easy way for people to find the motel on Google without going through a booking site first.
So I built them a direct booking website from scratch.
WHAT I DID
I built the motel a direct booking website from the ground up, with a page for each of the three room types and a booking system that takes reservations straight from guests instead of through a third party. I brought in local Mallacoota photographer Sam Wells so the rooms look the way they do when you walk in, then set up the Google Business Profile and the local SEO so someone searching for a place to stay in Mallacoota finds Silver Bream, not just the booking sites.
