Jodie runs Massage By Jodie out of her studio on Maurice Avenue in Mallacoota: remedial sports massage, infrared sauna, and her signature massage-and-sauna combo packages. She's brilliant at what she does, but came to me when her booking situation hit a wall: phone calls and texts mid-massage, paper diary, no way to switch off.

THE STORY
Paper diary plus inbound calls and texts for every booking. No cancellation policy, no-shows hitting revenue, double-bookings happening because she couldn't see conflicts until she flipped pages. No website, no Google Business Profile. Locals and tourists searching "massage Mallacoota" weren't finding her.
I built her a mobile-first site with Square Appointments handling 13 service types, automated confirmations and reminders through Resend, and a proper Google Business Profile set up from scratch. Everything registered in her name: domain, hosting, the lot. She owns the whole stack.

I was pretty hesitant about getting a website and online booking set up — tech isn't really my thing.
