Depends on where you're starting from and how big the job is. A rebuild of a site that's structurally fine starts at $3,000. A redesign, new look and new structure, runs $3,500 to $10,000. A fresh build from nothing is $4,000 to $15,000, because there's more groundwork: structure, copy, photos, the lot.

What moves the number is mostly page count and add-ons: booking systems, e-commerce, custom features, anything that needs building rather than just designing. Those ranges cover most jobs I do, but they're not a ceiling. A big site with a lot of moving parts costs more, and I'll tell you that in the first chat rather than after you've signed something.

Whatever the job, I give you a fixed price before I start, and that's the price you pay. All prices are plus GST.

Most rebuilds land in 3 to 5 weeks. A fresh build is more like 6 to 8, because there's more groundwork: structure, copy, photos, the lot.

What stretches it is usually waiting on photos and content from your end. If you've got those ready to go, we'll be at the quick end.

Yes. Domain, hosting, code: all in your name, registered under your accounts. No lock-in. If you ever wanted to leave YMA, you walk away with everything.

No. I build custom sites on modern frameworks because they load faster, rank better, and don't lock you into monthly subscription bloat.

Hosting is usually around $20-40/month on infrastructure I'll set up in your name. Maintenance can be DIY (I'll show you how) or I can stick around on a small retainer.

Both. If your existing site has good content but a tired design, I can usually refresh it cheaper than starting over. I'll talk you through which path makes sense.
